2025 one. Soccer Schools Refund Policy:
Due to so many fixed costs for our program (facilities, insurance, equipment, gear, coaches contracts, travel, etc.) it is extremely difficult for our company to provide complete refunds for all programs at all times. We are a compassionate company as well as parents and understand that we all have lives filled with variables and lifestyles that are always changing and presenting us with the unknowns.
We as a company strive to do our best to make sure that our customers are taken care of and treated with respect and with an understanding of always trying to do the right thing.
RESIDENTIAL CAMP REFUND POLICY
Injury or Sickness
Up to 14-days prior to camp, in the event that your child sustains an injury or contracts any sickness that keeps them from participation we will provide a refund minus a $150 admin fee or a full credit of the registration fee paid (minus credit card service fee) for up to 2-years. A doctors note must be presented as evidence of injury / sickness sustained. If notified less than 14-days prior to camp start date a credit (minus credit card service fee) for up to two years is provided.
All other circumstances
For any schedule change, no longer desiring to attend – change of heart/mind, or any other dilemma, etc…a parent may receive a refund minus a $300 non-refundable deposit as long as one. Soccer Schools is notified more than 2-months prior to the start date. If the notification for cancelation of camp is received less than 2-months prior to the start date, a full credit of the registration fee paid (minus credit card service fee) for up to 2-years is offered.
DAY CAMP REFUND POLICY
Injury or Sickness

If notified less than 14-days prior to camp start date a credit (minus credit card service fee) for up to two years is provided.

24-Hour Post Registration Timeline
We will provide full 100% refunds for Camps/Clinics/ASEP/Private Training registrations that are canceled within 24 hours of a purchase made during our early registration period only.
Note: All situations will be reviewed, discussed and by our Directors and decisions will be based and determined accordingly.
ASEP / Private Training Programs
A parent has the right to receive a 100% credit for up to 1 year for any ASEP / Private Training programs.
Promotion and Discount Code Policy:
Promo codes must be used at the time of purchase to receive the discounted rate. We do not provide refunds or discounts to any registration retroactively. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes. You are always welcome to call or email us prior to purchase to inquire about discounts and special promotional prices.
Force Majeure & Inclement Weather Policy:
Due to so many fixed costs for our programs we are unable to provide refunds due to force majeure events or inclement weather. We will provide a credit for the portion of the camp missed. Junior’s programs will receive a credit of $20 a day per day missed and premier programs (Full day programs) will receive a credit of $30 a day per day missed. There are no credits provided for the Jett Project, Friday Clinics, Spring/Fall/Winter Clinics or After School programs. We will always try to schedule a make up session or move facilities to accommodate these weather and force majeure events. We will always look to use a location within 30 minutes, preferably less, of the original location.
